My name is Varina and I am the Founder of Pleasure Activist, LLC. I've been a Registered Nurse & Nurse Educator for decades, as well as a published author. In my personal life, I have overcome multiple complex traumas over time. Since 2024, I have had multiple life changing experiences. These included transformational and physical healing in Bali, Indonesia... learning Somatics & Embodiment through coaching... and a recent Shamanic Apprenticeship. I am in the process of completing my certifications for Sexology and an International Integrated Sex Coaching & Education program. Varina's Journey
Bali
In 2024, Varina traveled to Bali, Indonesia for a transformational experience that sparked profound physical and emotional healing. Immersed in the island's rich spiritual culture, she underwent deep somatic release work and energy healing — including a Kundalini healing with a Holy Man named Gede — that reshaped her relationship with her body and opened the door to expand her life's calling.

Through intensive training in Somatics & Embodiment coaching, Varina learned to listen to the body as a source of wisdom. This work — rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, and trauma-informed practice — forms the foundation of every session she offers. Shamanism
A recent Shamanic Apprenticeship has deepened Varina's understanding of energy, ritual, and the sacred dimensions of healing. Drawing on indigenous wisdom traditions, she weaves shamanic principles into her holistic approach — honoring the whole person: body, mind, and spirit — as she guides women and vulva owners toward greater aliveness and pleasure. Safe Space
